These terms apply to all products and programs offered by The Agent Toolkit and Amber Bush-Joseph. By purchasing or enrolling in any Agent Toolkit product, you agree to the terms applicable to that product as outlined below.

Agent Toolkit Membership
Access & Billing
The Agent Toolkit Membership is a monthly subscription at $67/month. Your membership begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month until cancelled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.
What's Included
Active members receive access to the Agent Toolkit Membership, including all content, templates, and resources made available during their active subscription period. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting www.agent-toolkit.com/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the date already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All membership content — including templates, frameworks, scripts, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Agent Toolkit and Amber Bush-Joseph. Content may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or repurposed outside of your personal business use.
No Sharing of Access
Your membership login is for your personal use only. Sharing access credentials with any individual who has not purchased their own membership is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
AI For Realtors Challenge
Access & Enrollment
Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to the AI For Realtors Challenge. Access is limited to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person.
Intellectual Property
All content delivered through the AI For Realtors Challenge — including live sessions, recordings, replays, downloadable skills, plugins, prompts, frameworks, templates, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Agent Toolkit and Amber Bush-Joseph. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of any content in any format is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
No Sharing of Access
Your login credentials and any course access links are for your personal use only. Sharing your login, replay links, or downloadable materials with anyone who has not purchased access is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
No Resale or Repurposing
You may not resell, license, repackage, or repurpose any portion of the challenge content — including AI skills, plugins, prompts, or frameworks — as your own product or service, in whole or in part.
Recordings & Replay Access
Session recordings are provided for your personal review only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, screen-recorded, or shared in any format. Standard ticket holders receive 30-day replay access. VIP ticket holders receive 60-day replay access. Replay access begins from the date of the final session.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this program — including downloadable AI skills and plugins provided at the time of purchase — no refunds will be issued after purchase.
Results Disclaimer
Results from implementing AI tools in your real estate business will vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. The Agent Toolkit makes no guarantees of specific income, lead generation, or business outcomes.
Modifications
The Agent Toolkit reserves the right to modify session dates, content, platform, or access details with reasonable advance notice to enrolled participants.
Intensive Cohort
Access & Enrollment
Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Intensive Cohort at the published price at the time of enrollment. The Intensive Cohort is a six-week program consisting of recorded trainings and live execution calls. Access is limited to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

All content delivered through the Intensive Cohort — including recorded trainings, live session recordings, downloadable skills, plugins, prompts, frameworks, templates, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Agent Toolkit and Amber Bush-Joseph. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of any content in any format is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
