The Location
Perched on a bluff above the Pacific, the Ritz-Carlton Bacara sits on one of the most breathtaking stretches of the California coastline. This is Santa Barbara at its finest — sun-drenched, unhurried, and effortlessly elegant.
We will be staying at the Bacara itself, a true resort destination where everything you need is right at your fingertips. World-class dining, a legendary spa, three pools, and unobstructed ocean views that make it nearly impossible to look at your phone. The Pacific stretches endlessly in front of you, the Santa Ynez Mountains rise behind you, and the only thing on the agenda is being present.
And when you're ready to explore, everything is within reach. Downtown Santa Barbara and the iconic shops and restaurants of Montecito are just minutes away. The Santa Ynez Valley wine country is a short drive through the mountains — world-class vineyards, intimate tasting rooms, and scenery that doesn't feel real.

We have secured a fantastic group rate at The Ritz Carlton Bacara of around $550/night.
There are many other options for hotels, AirBnbs, etc in Santa Barbara if you prefer to stay elsewhere.

Get settled & enjoy the resort before our sunset welcome dinner on a cliff overlooking the ocean
DAY 2: Tuesday, June 9, 2026

Mid Day: Relaxing & Masterminding
This is your opportunity to relax, organically build relationships with other agents and enjoy the incredible setting:
→ spa treatments
→ golf
→ lunch or cocktails by the pool
→ workout or go for a hike
→ explore downtown Santa Barbara
Evening: Join us for a dinner you won’t forget, hosted by Gabrielle and Amber
DAY 3: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Morning: Montecito Luxury Listing Tour
→ This will include video & reel training and provide an opportunity to film b-roll style videos
Afternoon: Explore Montecito at your leisure
Grab lunch with a few other agents, go shopping, enjoy the sights.
Head back to the resort for a relaxing afternoon at the pool, spa or whatever you desire.
Evening: Join us for an exquisite dinner, hosted by Amber & Gabrielle
DAY 4: Thursday, June 11, 2026
Join us for a farewell breakfast and/or extend your stay.
